In March 11, 2005 EM specialists from all over China were gathered to attend the seminar for Hitachi new products release (S-5500 Super High Resolution Cold-field Emission SEM and H-7650 Transmission Electron Microscope).

The meeting was organized together by Techcomp Ltd, Hitachi, Beijing Physical-chemical Analysis and Measurement Association and Beijing EM Society.

Famous experts in EM fields were attended. The highest resolution SEM, S-5500, was introduced by Hitachi's FE-SEM expert in a simple way.

More than 170 people had participated.
